Here is a description of the injection molding process used to produce plastic Care and Cleaning products for the construction industry:

1. Design mold drawings

Demand analysis: Communicate with customers to understand the function and usage requirements of the product.

2. Material selection and material preparation

6. Final inspection and delivery

Final Inspection: Conduct a comprehensive inspection on the samples produced from the trial production to check the size, appearance and performance.
