2.If the customer does not have drawings or samples, we will actively communicate with customers, understand the design ideas and uses of customers, and let our professional designers make drawings.
4.When customers are not sure about the product design, we can provide 3D printing samples or CNC sample services so that customers can understand the products intuitively.
5.When customers need related accessories, such as magnets, inserts, springs, etc., we can provide them. After 15 years of precipitation, we already have a very complete supply chain. In addition to our own mold custom molds and plastic products services, we It can also meet customers' requirements for accessories and packaging.
The second stage: manufacturing stage
1. When the customer needs, we can provide the manufacturing schedule or answer the customer's specific stage and estimated completion time.
2. After the mold is completed, we will take sample videos and pictures for the customer, and send the sample to the customer.
3. Only after the sample is passed by the customer, we will manufacture the product, and will not manufacture the product without authorization.
When there is any problem, we will actively cooperate and communicate. We believe that good communication can save both parties a lot of extra money and time.
Third stage: after-sales stage
In the face of any problems customers have about the products, we will solve all problems with a positive, patience and responsible in charge. If you have any needs, you can contact the salesman at any time and get a reply within 1 hour (except for sleeping time)
